The Assam Cancer Care Foundation (ACCF) was set up by the Government of Assam and the Tata Trusts to make cancer care in the state more easily accessible and affordable. Since its establishment, ACCF has been developing and augmenting cancer care facilities across Assam through collaborations with the Government of Assam, the Tata Trusts and like-minded organisations, ensuring access to quality and affordable care for cancer patients and their families closer to their homes. The organisation is also committed to reducing the cancer burden by helping detect the disease early and focusing on awareness and screening. Through its distributed network of cancer care centres, ACCF is working towards strengthening cancer care across the state.
