                                                                The  journey,  however,  is  not  without  challenges.
                                                                Many  patients  experience  physical  dependence
                                                                and  emotional  distress,  which  can  make  them
                                                                hesitant  to  accept  help.  Some  avoid  phone  calls
                                                                or  decline  home  visits.  Others  feel  frustrated,
                                                                isolated or overwhelmed by their illness, and prefer
                                                                not to interact with anyone. Limited resources and
                                                                logistical  challenges  can  also  make  timely  care
                                                                difficult.
