“FIGHTING FOR TOMORROW -MENOKA (NAME CHANGE) TIRUMPH OVER CANCER.”

The diagnosis came as a shocker, turning her life upside down. A young woman full of dreams, plans and suddenly she found
herself facing the harsh reality of the pain of treatment and uncertainty.

Her family was devastated. They searched high and low for the best doctors. Visiting countless hospitals, trying to find the cure.
But the more they searched, the more confused and hopeless they became. The endless rounds and tests and appointments
only seemed to deepen the sense of despair. One day, in the midst of their confusion, they learned about the community
outreach team at civil hospital. The team didn’t just offer medical advice but they offered hope. They helped Menoka and
her family understand her diagnosis, explained the treatment options and made sure they felt supported at every step of
their journey. Menoka’s treatment wasn’t easy. There were days when she felt weak, when the pain seemed unbearable. The
support from the hospital team made her family and her kept going. Months turned into years and Menoka found herself in
remission. The once -frightening that had controlled her life was now a distant memory.

Today Menoka is not just a survivor, she is a symbol of resilience and determination. Her journey has taught her the true value
of life and she continues to fight for a future filled with love, laughter and promise of tomorrow.

its effects, and neither did his family. So, when he began feeling a persistent pain in his oral cavity and had a growth, they were
filled with worries and confusion. The fear of the unknown overwhelmed them and they did not know where to turn for help.
As Mintu grew older, the pain worsened but he and his family had no idea how to approach the situation. Their lives became
          filled with uncertainty and anxiety.

One day, a compassionate individual from the ACCF community outreach team reached out to Mintu’s family. They were
informed about the services offered at a nearby hospital and the possibility of receiving help through the patient navigator
program. With no other option and a glimmer of hope, Mintu and his family decided to take the first step and visit the
