Changes a Life

n a small village of Hukani, Dibrugarh
Idistrict,60-year-old, Mrs. Prativa lived a quiet
life. Recently, she had noticed a lump in her
breast but brushed it off, thinking it was just a
part of aging. She felt no pain and believed it
wasn’t serious. However, as the months passed,
the lump grew larger and she became more
worried, though too afraid to seek help.

One day, during a routine community health
check-up, I visited Hukani Sub-Centre in
Dibrugarh. Then we met Prativa during
screening, though I noticed she seemed
nervous. While reviewing her health history, I
asked if she had experienced any unusual
changes. Hesitantly, she mentioned the lump in
her breast. Recognizing her fear, I spoke gently
and assured that checking it would help
