n the serene, yet, labor-intensive expanse of
IMazbat Tea Estate, nestled in Udalguri District,
Assam, Mrs. XYZ, a mother of three, is a dedicated
laborer. Like many in the tea gardens, her days were
spent plucking tender leaves under the sun, her
hands moving swiftly, her feet firmly rooted in the
soil that provided for her family. Life was tough,
but she bore it with grace and resilience.
The tea garden community, while tight-knit,
struggled with a lack of access to quality healthcare.
With limited medical facilities and resources,
ailments often went undiagnosed or untreated.
Awareness about chronic illnesses like cancer was
scarce, and specialized care was almost nonexistent.
The nearest government hospital was miles away,
and workers like Mrs. XYZ often relied on
traditional remedies or basic first aid for their
ailments. Regular health checkups were a luxury
